Yuzu Whisky Sour Cocktail made by Airtender

A CLASSIC WITH A TWIST

This refreshing cocktail puts a unique twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, where the traditional lemon is accompanied by the exotic yuzu juice from Japan.

A SUCCESS AT THE HONG KONG WINE & DINE FESTIVAL 2023

The audience of the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2023 received this cocktail with great enthusiasm. With its partner Kung Kai Hong Company Limited, Airtender, in addition to preparing cocktails with the Airtender Electric, also hosted a wine tasting. The participants, including leading wine connoisseurs and sommeliers, were convinced by the speed at which aerating wine takes place with the Airtender Aerator, with the same result as allowing wine to breathe.

Dalibor Borjanin (CEO) and Rui Santos (CMO), demonstrated during the event how you can serve 2,000 beautifully frothed cocktails with the Airtender Electric with limited resources. Interested visitors stood in rows in front of the stand every evening to admire the “Magic of Air” and enjoy one of the delicious cocktails.

Replace the whiskey with an alcohol-free whiskey substitute. We use Lyre's American Malt in our Airtender Academy. Follow the same steps as above.
